New to the Studio: Helpful Info

• We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before each class in order to get signed in and settled into the practice space.
• Our front desk staff and/or an instructor is on hand at the beginning of each class if you have any questions.
• Sign in at the front desk before each class. You can purchase a pass or pay for a drop in at the studio or do so online in advance. Payment can be made with cash, checks or credit cards. The studio accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
• Please talk to the instructor before the start of the class if you have any injuries or are new to yoga.
• Cell phones should be turned off before entering the studio.
• Please don’t bring food or drinks into the studio except for water. You can refill your water bottle at the studio.
• Bring your own yoga (not exercise) mat or if needed rental mats are available for $1.00.
• Take your shoes off before entering the practice space. There is a place for you to store your shoes while you practice.
• Wear comfortable non-restrictive clothing that you can move freely in.
• Cubbies are available to store your belongings during class.
• You can take your wallet/purse or other valuable belongings into the practice space with you.
• There are 2 large bathrooms that can also used as changing rooms near the lobby.
• Props (such as blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters) are available for your use. The props are easy to find inside the practice space.
