Angie Muir is an artist, writer and yogi from Detroit, Michigan. She first discovered yoga through the Ananda Community in Seattle and the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda. Her yoga beginnings are rooted in meditation, study of ancient Vedic texts, and a mindful asana practice. She is a certified 200 RYT from The Hawaii School of Yoga and has experience in Hatha, Tantra, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Yin. Her classes will have a spiritual foundation and aim at creating balance of mind, body and soul.
