Since 2001, Carol has worked with her clients to improve their health and fitness in fun and innovative ways. She applies the concepts of core stabilization and functional training to correct muscle imbalances, improve mobility and flexibility, and alleviate pain. Her workouts are energizing, challenging, and safe. Carol brings a wide variety of experience to her work, and is able to provide a truly unique service.

Carol developed a love of fitness at an early age, and has been active in both formal and informal athletics her entire life. She has been a competitive rower since age 15, competing at all levels. She began competing in triathlons and marathons in 2003, completing an Ironman 70.3 in 2008. Since 2009 she has participated in the AIDS/LifeCycle, riding her bicycle from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise money and awareness for those living with HIV/AIDS. She holds personal training certifications from two of the most highly respected fitness organizations – the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is also a USRowing Level III Certified Rowing Coach, and a Certified Johnny G Spinning Instructor (JGSI) with Mad Dogg Athletics.
