Jennifer is currently out on parental leave; we hope to have her back at the studio soon!
Jennifer has been practicing yoga since 1995, and in it has found both physical and spiritual healing and sustenance. Her teaching is influenced by a lifelong study of dance and movement, as well as over 10 years of experience as a certified massage therapist. She received her initial yoga teacher training at The Mindful Body in San Francisco, and brings to her classes elements from the many styles she has studied, including Iyengar, vinyasa, hatha flow, restorative yoga, and iRest Yoga Nidra.
In addition to teaching yoga and maintaining a private practice in bodywork, Jennifer is an active dance and theater performer, produces for public radio, and teaches dance and creative writing in venues ranging from universities to jails.
