In this workshop, you will gain wisdom about the breath to help you practice healthy deep breathing, and to take your prana practice to the next level to deepen focus and positively impact the brain. TJ will introduce the bandhas, we’ll practice kumbhaka variations, and study the ujjayi breath so often used in vinyasa, but little explained or understood. Class will include some complimentary movement, with primary focus on the breath, follow up handout with home practices, and most props (please bring an ace bandage). All levels.
