Great balance helps us feel stable, secure, grounded and safe. As we age, balancing can become more challenging, but we can improve it through exercise, awareness and repetition.
In this workshop we will focus on techniques to improve balance, as well as learn about some of the latest news regarding the scientific act of balancing. We will also practice poses and exercises you can do at home to continue enhancing your balance, based on your own personal needs.
