This Spring join Bernal Yoga for fun-filled Family Yoga Fridays! This is a series with instructor Shannon Bronson that includes 4 classes on the dates listed above. Yoga offers an incredible life-long skill for everyone in the family. Mindfulness and physical practices build self-esteem, self-nurturing and self-love for children and parents alike. Practicing yoga together as a family encourages bonding through playfulness and presence.
Yoga is a great way to have fun and relax as a family, while also developing discipline and a platform for discussion of values and ethics. Classes will be a mix of yoga, stories, and coloring centered around themes of Gentleness, Kindness, Patience, and Joyful Effort. No prior yoga experience necessary.
Join us at Bernal Yoga Friday afternoons, meet neighborhood families and connect to your kids.
Recommended for kids ages 2-10 years and their families/caregivers.

Instructor — Shannon Bronson

Shannon is yogini, artist and mother. Her intention is to weave these paths together to invent intelligent and compassionately creative platforms to bring positivity in the world. She works one heart at a time, starting with her own. Shannon’s life blossomed when she fully embraced yoga. Yoga was the sanctuary in which healed her own traumas. Her practice gave her the courage to leave the Urban Design world to dedicate her life to it’s study.

Shannon understands that to be a great teacher is to always be learning. She has a B.A. in Studio Art from the University of Puget Sound, a Masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and an RYT500 from Triveni Yoga. Triveni is a vinyasa-based style of yoga that combines asana, meditation with a focus on the subtle body to profoundly transform the practitioner inside and out. She travels internationally with the Triveni team to teach teacher trainings and conduct art, yoga and meditation workshops.
