Our lives can be busy and often stressful, without a doubt. Mindfulness has many benefits, which include reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, controlling pain, and boosting overall health. Couldn’t we all use a little more of these things in our chaotic lives? Join Maiya Evans for a two-hour workshop that explores how you can use mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques in your everyday life to find your bliss whenever you need it!
