Join us on the First Friday of every month to rest. Unwind from your week or get ready for your weekend with Restorative Yoga. Restorative Yoga is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. We support the body with bolsters and blankets, and settle into comfortable shapes that open the heart, hips, belly and coax strain out of the back, neck and shoulders. With the body well supported, we turn to the inner alchemy of wholeness -releasing the mind. This workshop is a tonic for overstimulation which can overshadow our innate capacity for deep relaxation. Join me on First Fridays to nourish your physical and energetic systems. Everyone is welcome!
