Using breath exercises and asana (poses), you will be guided through yoga sequences, both active and restorative, geared towards leaving you feeling grounded and empowered in your pregnancy and beyond.

This pre-natal class also welcomes new mothers and their pre-crawling babies, as we hope to enrich and support the broader community of mothers and mothers-to-be.

Celebrate your new and changing body in a supportive environment. All levels welcome, including absolute beginners to yoga as well as long-time practitioners.

Instructor — Liz Rosbottom

Liz Rosbottom completed her 200-hour training with the Marianne Wells Yoga School in 2016. She attended a ChildLight Yoga & Mindfulness training in Boston during 2017. After moving to the Bay Area, she studied Yoga Nidra with Ashley Sharp and recently completed prenatal training with Jane Austin.

Over the last decade, her practice has grown and transformed as she’s moved through life’s experiences. Liz finds yoga to be an ever-evolving practice of self-discovery, where she’s found deep healing. Yoga has gifted her the patience to meet herself where she is, while remaining grounded and creative.

Liz is a birth and postpartum doula in the Bay Area and is studying to become a Midwife. She believes yoga can be an incredible tool to navigate the ebbs and flows of life, create a deeper connection to your mind, body, and soul, and is a constant reminder to challenge yourself to dive deeper. Liz believes yoga is for every body and enjoys catering to her classes to meet each individual where they are. She is passionate about women’s health, food security, and connecting with the environment around her.
