Susan_ToptSusan loves sharing with her students this powerfully transformative practice. At the heart of her teaching is the intuitively inspired wisdom from the natural world. She offers a uniquely balanced practice from Hatha to quieting modalities of Restorative yoga, Yin, and Yoga Nidra that complements and integrates an active lifestyle or energetic yoga (asana) practice. In Susan’s classes you can expect to experience the therapeutic effects of rest and relaxation. Discover that you are capable of doing less and being more present with yourself.
