In Hatha Yoga we aim to balance the forces of yin (lunar) with yang (solar) in the body and mind. Because modern city life often has an abundance of yang (busy-ness), this workshop offers two of the best yin practices to balance it: supported restorative poses + essential oils!
As you unfurl into deep relaxation, seasonal essential oils that regulate neuroendocrine and emotional centers will be placed on related acupuncture points to reduce stress and inflammation and will rejuvenate you for the upcoming fall season!
No previous yoga experience is required for this workshop
