There is no better time of year to cleanse than in the springtime. The time marking the end of winter and the beginning of spring is called “vasanta” and is naturally moist, heavy, fruitful, and growth oriented. Although this time of the year is great for new inspiration, it sometimes creates excesses in our bodies or stagnation after the less vigorous winter.
Come cleanse in a way that is effective, fun, and will enhance your yoga practice. You will practice asana, pranayama, meditation and other practices that will help clean and clear your body and mind.
All materials provided, including handout and cleansing tea and snack. Participants will have an opportunity to do a group or personal cleanse.
