Susan loves sharing with her students this powerfully transformative practice. At the heart of her teaching is the intuitively inspired wisdom from the natural world. She offers a uniquely balanced practice from Hatha to quieting modalities of Restorative yoga, Yin, and Yoga Nidra that complements and integrates an active lifestyle or energetic yoga (asana) practice.
