This class is so silly—so expect the unexpected! Animal yoga poses, spontaneous dance parties, spinning color wheels, running, snuggles, and rolling around on the floor. Oh, and we try to hold still sometimes. (We know that’s the hardest part for everyone.)

Shannon brings in children’s books, games, drawings, and props. Stories will center on yogic principles such as kindness, truthfulness, and recognizing our unique beauty. She’ll design yoga sequences to bring the stories to life. You bring your kid, your joy and your laughter. Come play!

Join us at Bernal Yoga Thursday afternoons, meet neighborhood families and connect to your kids.

Recommended for toddlers and their families/caregivers.

Instructor — Shannon Bronson

Shannon is yogini, artist and mother. Her intention is to weave these paths together to invent intelligent and compassionately creative platforms to bring positivity in the world. She works one heart at a time, starting with her own. Shannon’s life blossomed when she fully embraced yoga. Yoga was the sanctuary in which healed her own traumas. Her practice gave her the courage to leave the Urban Design world to dedicate her life to it’s study.

Shannon understands that to be a great teacher is to always be learning. She has a B.A. in Studio Art from the University of Puget Sound, a Masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and an RYT500 from Triveni Yoga. Triveni is a vinyasa-based style of yoga that combines asana, meditation with a focus on the subtle body to profoundly transform the practitioner inside and out. She travels internationally with the Triveni team to teach teacher trainings and conduct art, yoga and meditation workshops.
