Celebrate summer’s transition into fall with this back care experience.

Our posture is one way our spine speaks to us, so if you have long hours of sitting ahead of you, come feel the freedom to move in the right direction!

In Back Care Basics we’ll explore yin, restorative and therapeutic yoga poses.

Learn the directions of movement your spine has, as well as experience how each part of the spine has preferences for which direction to move. It may surprise you!

Tap into the innate wisdom of your body not only to improve your posture, but breathe better. Just in time to boost your immune system for the upcoming season!

Instructor — Susan Topf

Susan loves sharing with her students this powerfully transformative practice. At the heart of her teaching is the intuitively inspired wisdom from the natural world. She offers a uniquely balanced practice from Hatha to quieting modalities of Restorative yoga, Yin, and Yoga Nidra that complements and integrates an active lifestyle or energetic yoga (asana) practice. In Susan’s classes you can expect to experience the therapeutic effects of rest and relaxation. Discover that you are capable of doing less and being more present with yourself. Transform a stressful day into a place of complete rest and perfect peace.

Susan (E-RYT 500) began teaching yoga in 2007 and is an Advanced Relax and Renew® Certified Trainer for Restorative yoga. When she is not at the studio, she is living her yoga practice outdoors in nature. Find out more about Susan at www.susanyoga.com.
