In this two-hour workshop we will blend deep stretching and restorative core work with quiet meditative relaxation to find a place of grounding and peace in a harried world.
Join us to find a fuller breath and to ignite our core energy. We’ll open our hips and stretch our hamstrings and focus on releasing tension in our backs, necks, and shoulders. Then, we’ll take a good long rest…drink a little tea, have a snack and leave feeling so much calmer and connected to our lives.
