Open up to inner freedom and grace through a sweet and delicious Restorative Yoga and Reiki workshop. Through gentle and deep openings in long Restorative postures, you relax and release through your entire body, mind and emotions. Through the vibrational, energetic healing gift of Reiki, your life force energy will once again flow more freely, allowing you to tap into your own healing resources more easily.
The marriage of Restorative Yoga & Reiki leads to a state of receptivity in which the participant’s mind, body, emotions, and spirit harmonize. Restorative Yoga cultivates wholesome states of relaxation and enhanced immune function. Reiki supports the body’s own life force energy and unlocks greater health and well-being. Participants experience a clearing of energetic blockages and leave with a calm, refreshed mind, feeling mentally, physically, and spiritually rejuvenated.
This workshop will be of interest to students of all levels who are in need of physical, mental and spiritual well-being and healing. Students who find other styles of yoga to be inaccessible due to injury, illness, and other concerns, have the opportunity to fully experience the healing benefits of yoga. Students seeking to learn more about how Restorative Yoga and Reiki can make a significant contribution to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being find this workshop essential.
Together, Kate and Ewa weave a tapestry of sacred space allowing you to access and mobilize your own inner healing potential.
Participants are welcome to contact Kate directly with inquiries about Restorative yoga at firstname.lastname@example.org and inquiries concerning Hypnotherapy can be sent to Ewa at email@example.com.
