This is a monthly, drop-in class to explore mindfulness and deepen your meditation practice. Each class is dedicated to one of seven pillars of mindfulness (patience, beginner’s mind, acknowledgement, letting be, non-judging, non-striving, trust), encouraging fuller exploration and a richer practice experience. Experiential, meditation practice is followed by a topical presentation and discussion.
About Rachel Lanzerotti:
Rachel Lanzerotti, MSW, E-RYT teaches mindfulness meditation and Hatha yoga with individuals and groups. She is an instructor of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and a practitioner in the Vipassana (insight) tradition. Find Rachel at Five Rivers Yoga.
