New to yoga? Need a refresher? Want a fresh infusion into your home practice? Or maybe you never learned the crucial foundations to a safe and smart practice? All this and more will be covered in the last Beginners series of 2013. Please join us as we heat up the studio on Sunday mornings, exploring a full range of yoga - movement/asana, breath, philosophy, yoga to heal, seasonal tips, and personal attention to give you the most out of your yoga time. This course is run as a series with handouts and guidance for the whole month, to set and reach specific goals. Drop-ins welcome too. Open to all.
