New to yoga? Need a refresher? Want a fresh infusion into your home practice? Or maybe you’d like to learn the crucial foundations to a safe and smart practice?
Please join us as we heat up the studio on Sunday mornings, exploring a full range of yoga - movement/asana, breath, philosophy, yoga to heal, seasonal tips, and personal attention to give you the most out of your yoga time. This course is run as a series with handouts and guidance for the whole month, to set and reach specific goals. Drop-ins welcome too. Open to all.
