Yoga 101 focuses on breaking down yoga poses and the practice of yoga into their basic components. Whether you are brand new to yoga or or have taken only a few classes, this three-week series will improve your practice by teaching you about the structure of yoga poses, ideal alignment and modifications you can make to poses in any class.
Week 1: Unlocking the neck and shoulders
Week 2: Hips and ham strings
Week 3 Standing Poses
After the three weeks, you will have a better understanding of yoga poses and more confidence in your practice to attend any all-levels yoga class.
